Leadership Survey was conducted in our Unit in the year 2005 in which executives have given perception about their superiors’ Leadership traits. The present survey is being carried out to assess the perception of self about their own leadership traits. The analysis of the survey will be useful for identifying areas of strength as well as those which need improvement in the leadership traits of executives, as a whole. The
Survey Questionnaire is called LPS (Leadership Perception Survey) and
the dimensions (transformational, transactional and laissez faire
leadership) taken have been used world over to identify Leadership styles
in organizations. The
Identity of the respondents will be kept confidential and you are requested
to give your true response without any fear or hesitation. The ‘loss
of identification’ of the respondent has been built into the system
by generation of a random number against your staff number. The respondent
will use only the random number to fill up the questionnaire once
he/ she gets it. |
